My experience with Dr Quirke is a good one. I'm 61 yrs old and never had any skin issues until 2 yrs ago, cystic acne is my issue. I was going to a few different skin Dr's in the area that were not helping my situation at all. Most of the time I was pushed onto a PA and would never be told I wasn't going to be seeing the Dr. but the PA instead. Was prescribed many topical Rx's that didn't help my situation. These Dr.'s really didn't explain my issue very well or was I able to get any answers to my questions. So I sought out another skin Dr and that's when I started with Dr. Quirke. He listened and explained my issue in detail which helped me understand my issue and how to deal with it better. He has great bedside manner and his Dr/ Plastic surgeon status has not gone to his head. He even takes back his patients by himself. I still have my skin issue but it is much better managed since I started with Dr. Quirke. Every appointment I have had I was taken right on time with no wait at all, nor have I ever been bumped off to the PA. I would highly recommend Transformations and the practice of Dr. Quirke.

Dr. Quirke is one of my favorite doctors and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a reliable, personable, and intelligent doctor. I thought I was going in for a one time quick procedure and it turned out to be a more complex situation requiring 2 more surgeries but Dr. Quirke was calm, direct, and explained everything very clearly.
My favorite part of working with Dr. Q is that he doesn’t use a nurse for any of the typical things - he is the one walking me from the waiting room back to the office, he asks about all of the health history and medications you are on, and makes fun jokes along the way. When I was waiting for the results about my tumor, he personally called me and left all the voicemails about the outcomes, knowing it was weighing on my mind.
Would recommend him to anyone I know in the Little River | Myrtle Beach area!
